At Elite Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on any items once delivered.

1. No Returns Policy

• We do not accept returns on any products purchased through our website.
• Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

• If the order is canceled from our side due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the order is undelivered and returned to us (RTO) for any reason.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of confirmation.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Shipping Charges

• In cases where the order is returned to us (RTO), the customer will bear both forward and return shipping charges.
• These charges will be deducted before processing the refund.

5. Damaged / Defective Products

• In rare cases where the product is received damaged or defective, we will offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
• Full refunds will be processed for genuine cases of damage/defect.

6. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.
